Sambutan Perayaan Duan Wu anjuran JawatanKuasa Penduduk JKP Zone 24.
To hype this event we have line up an array of activities such as kids colouring contest,demonstration of chinese ketupat making and sinally distribution of the 'chinese ketupat' to residences.
The colouring contest received good response from the neigbourhood with 30 participants.
Children age 6 to 12 year were participated in this coluring contest. The is a good separate activities for children while women are busy at the tent learning how to make the 'chinese ketupat' from bamboo leave.
After second attempt, finally i did it !!! i need to brush up my fine sensory skills !!
The highlight of the event was the distribution of some 200pcs of the 'chinese ketupat' to the residences who attended the celebration. The function ended at about 12 pm.
